FOREIGN BUSINESS TRAVELERS BENEFIT FROM "HOLLAND GATEWAY"
Holland Gateway is a new business services center for foreign travelers who need information on doing business in the Netherlands. Scheduled to launch in spring 2008 at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, the unique center will provide advice such as fiscal assistance and work permit information to foreign business people and investors entering the Netherlands.
Holland Gateway is part of a plan with which Frank Heemskerk, Minister for Foreign Trade for the Netherlands, aims to build a stronger image for the country, thereby stimulating foreign business travelers to choose the Netherlands as their "Gateway to Europe."
Heemskerk anticipates that the new center will fulfill one of the Dutch government's current priorities - improving services to foreign companies interested in establishing a business in the Netherlands.
